I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is just perfect, right in the heart of Palermo overlooking the town square and Palermo Opera House. The service was top-notch with kind and helpful staff. The room smelled fresh and clean, and the view was fantastic. The dining experience was lovely with delicious fresh bread and pastries in the morning. Price-wise, it offered good value for the amenities provided.
